Privacy Policy — Everwave

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Everwave (“the game”, “we”) is a mobile game published by Viento Apps. This policy explains what the game collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the Android application with the package name com.vientoapps.everwave.

The short version

We do not ask for your email address, your phone number, or your real name. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf. The only thing you type into the game that other players can see is the display name you choose.

What we collect

DataWhyVisible to others
Display name
Chosen by you when you first open the game.
To identify you on the leaderboards and on guild rosters. Yes — publicly, alongside your best wave.
Game progress
Champion class, level, highest wave reached, guild membership, in-game currency balance.
To save your progress across sessions and devices, to rank the leaderboards, and to prevent cheating. Partly — your class, level and best wave appear on leaderboards and guild rosters.
Anonymous account identifier
A random ID created by Firebase Authentication the first time you play.
To attach your progress to your installation without asking you to register. No.
Advertising ID
Handled by Google AdMob.
To show rewarded ads and to confirm to our server that an ad was genuinely watched before a reward is granted. No.
Google Play Games player ID
Only if you choose to sign in.
So your progress can be recovered on a new device. Signing in is optional; the game is fully playable without it. No.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos, files on your device, your messages, or any financial information.

Where it is stored

Game data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication) on servers located in the European Union. It is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Who else processes it

Advertising

The game shows rewarded video ads, which you choose to watch in exchange for in-game items. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID to make them relevant. You can reset or delete that ID at any time in Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device, and you can opt out of ad personalisation there as well.

Children

Everwave is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with a display name or other data, contact us and we will remove it.

Account and data deletion

You can ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Send an email to sipidikapps@gmail.com with the subject Everwave account deletion. To help us find the right record, include the display name you play under; if you have one, the guild tag beside it makes it quicker.

What gets deleted. Your player record in full: your display name, your champions and their progress, your best wave, your gem balance, your Rebirth Points, your guild membership, and the link to your Google Play Games account if you made one. Your name is also released from the reserved-names list, so somebody else can take it.

What we keep, and for how long. Nothing that identifies you. Server logs that record which functions were called are kept for up to 30 days for security and abuse investigation, then discarded automatically. Guild records themselves survive your departure — the guild continues without you — but your row is removed from its roster. If you were the leader of a guild, leadership passes to another member before your record is removed.

How long it takes. We confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days. Deletion is permanent; there is no way to restore progress afterwards.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, note it in the app's release notes.
